Welcome to SaraaSits (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our caregiving service platform located at saraasits.com (the “Website” or “Platform”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the Website.
By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
SaraaSits connects individuals seeking caregiving services (“Guardians”) with independent caregivers (“Caregivers”). We provide a digital platform to facilitate communication, service booking, and payments between users.
We do not employ Caregivers directly and are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the Platform. All users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You must not impersonate someone else or use another user’s account.
4. Platform Use and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading conduct.
- Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments for caregiving services are processed through our Platform. By using the service, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees.
- Allow us to charge your provided payment method for any fees incurred.
Caregivers may set their own rates. We may charge a service fee to Guardians and/or Caregivers.
6. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of caregiving services.
- We do not perform background checks unless explicitly stated.
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaraaSits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
